NIPFN hosted the NIPFN Theory of Change (ToC) Worshop in Nairobi on 19th June 2024. The workshop which was facilitated by N4D Group’s Chris Leather and the C4N team led by Ms Barbara Baille was attended by representatives from the sectors, KIPPRA, KNBS and UNICEF. Theory of change (ToC) is a methodology for defining and mapping steps to achieve specific goals, crucial for planning, implementing, and evaluating activities to enhance food security and nutrition outcomes. The ToC workshop is expected to help the NIPFN team in Kenya with strategic planning, setting realistic goals, and focusing on the implementation of activities.
