The NIPFN Kenya held a working retreat to develop the NIPFN sustainability plan from 11th – 15th December 2023 in Machakos County. The plan is aimed at ensuring that the platform activities exist in perpetuity beyond the project period when the development partners’ funding comes to an end in 2025.
The retreat brought together stakeholders from KNBS, KIPPRA, The National Treasury and Economic Planning; Ministry of Health (MoH); Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development (MoALD); Ministry of Education (MoE); Ministry of Labour and Social Protection (MLSP); Ministry of Water, Sanitation, and Irrigation (MoWSI); Ministry of Investment and Trade and Industry (MITI).
